Exceptional Customer Service

We didn't taken into account the fabrication time for a thing like this but after emailing the company to enquire if there was a chance to get one out sooner, they promptly replied and went above and beyond to ensure we had a table before our upcoming trip. Hubby was very impressed with the install and it was an install that actually (for once) went smoothly and quickly! It looks soooo nice and works great!

Great product, but...

Installed the drop down table and the small door card without any problems what soever.

A great product that has surpassed my expectations, so very happy there.

However, I made several attempts to contact Patrol Australia (during the delivery period) by both email and mobile without any response.

So, great product but communication could be much better.
